We believe that purchasing software is useless unless you have the necessary training and support throughout your time using it. That’s why we believe in giving our customers training as soon as they purchase any of our products and we have a range of training packages to suit you; we can provide group training sessions at your organisation or here at our offices or alternatively, if you’re pressed for time, you can complete our training online at your own pace or with one of our one to one tutorials via a webinar session.
As most of our software is web based we will always send you a link to download the latest version and we can provide refresher courses for those updates and new modules.
We also strongly believe that instant access to support is imperative to you doing your job when using our software. We have a dedicated call centre team who are available on the end of the phone or via email or online chat facility who will give you technical support for any of your queries.
