Important notice regarding Lifespan Software

- Customer Update

We will be carrying out essential maintenance work on our servers, please see below communications for each service:

Lifespan Housing

We are carrying out essential maintenance work on our servers from 5pm on Friday 18th December 2020 to 9am on Monday 21st December 2020. During this time you will be unable to access your Lifespan Housing account.

Please note we will also be carrying out this essential maintenance on Lifespan Energy software between 5pm on Friday 11th December to Monday 18th December. You will be unable to complete any lodgements or synchronise any energy data in Lifespan Housing during this time.

Lifespan Energy

We are carrying out essential maintenance work on the servers from 5pm on Friday 11th December 2020 to 9am on Monday 14th December 2020. During this time you will be unable to access your Lifespan RdSAP, SBEM or DEC Energy account.

Please ensure you complete any lodgements before 5pm on Friday 11th December.

FTP

We are carrying out essential maintenance work on our servers from 5pm on Friday 18th December 2020 to 9am on Monday 21st December 2020 and subsequently there will be a change on how our FTP servers are accessed:

If you currently connect to us using the address ‘ftp.property-tectonics.com’ then you will not need to do anything. However, if you connect to us using the server IP address (‘87.237.58.130’), then this will be changing from the 18th December onwards and you will need to update and use the full FTP address instead so that when the change does occur, you will switch over automatically*.

Please can you also forward this message onto your IT departments where applicable.

* For secure FTP connections, there may be a change in certificate so you may see a security warning regarding it once the switchover is complete.
